In connection with the registration for a trip or a driving technique training/camp, personal data are disclosed by the user/participant (data subject) via a form on the website and processed by the data controller. The person concerned/contractual partner agrees that his/her personal data (name, address, mail address, date of birth, telephone number) will be stored at the company Flat Sucks Mountain Guiding for the purpose of contract fulfillment, invoicing and for the purpose of direct advertising for products of the company, as well as sending information about further travel offers (newsletter). The primary objective of data processing is customer acquisition with the aim of returning to a contractual relationship and customer retention. For the purpose of optimal customer care, the company stores customer activities (e.g. orders, complaints, etc.) so that targeted measures can be taken to improve satisfaction and thus customer loyalty and to customize the service.
Furthermore, the person concerned agrees that the data (name, passport number, telephone number) may be passed on to third parties (hotels, airlines, guides and partner agencies – depending on the trip also in a third country, i.e. EU foreign countries) for implementation (fulfillment of contract). This consent can be revoked at any time with the person responsible.

During our trips/training, photos will be taken by the guides or the person in charge. The person concerned, by giving consent when registering via the online form (checkbox), agrees that these images may be used for promotional purposes by Flatsucks Mountain Guiding until revoked. Storage period / deletion period
The data will be stored by www.flatsucks.at for the duration of the legal relationship with the participant and beyond that for the fulfillment of legal obligations, above all tax obligations according to BAO. In special cases, such as for the duration of a legal dispute, the data may also be stored for a longer period.

Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

Within the scope of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Facebook Pixel
